| With the rapid development of the information society, information technology penetrated into all aspects of the work of public security, leading the innovation of social management of public security. The new policing operation mode led by information technology has been continuously deepened, which brings opportunities and challenges for the police supervision. By time, space and geographical constraints, the traditional supervision mode requires police supervisors to carry out the supervision of law enforcement on the spot. The collection and fixing of evidence is restricted, and the verification work is difficult to carry out smoothly. Facing the new situation, how to make full use of information means to strengthen the function of police supervision, improve the efficiency of the inspectors has become an important issue related to the long-term development of the cause of the supervision. Online policing supervision has the advantages of real-time, high efficiency, comprehensive and objective, which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional on-site supervision, and it has injected new power and new energy into the development of supervision work. It marks the police supervision department to comply with the trend of police reform and development, to adapt to the needs of the functions of the transformation, to has taken a new step in the development of information technology innovation. It has important significance to improve the service level of the police in the new situation, to enhance the image of the police, and to protect the rights of the police in the proper law enforcement.This article uses the new public management theory and the public choice theory, the literature research method, the case study method, the comparative research method and so on. First analyzes the development course of police supervision and introduces the basic situation of the implementation of online police supervision work in Fujian province, and then take QZ city as an example. This paper analyses the problem from three aspects of supervision consciousness、supervision system and supervision level. The main reason is the lack of unified standards, refuse the supervision, limited quality and the lack of protection. Combined with the construction experience of online supervision system and learn from the experience of Shandong Province, this paper analyzes the improvement of online supervision mechanism from the following aspects: the increase of online police supervision efforts, consummate the online police supervision mechanism, accelerate the construction of supporting mechanism. This promotes innovation of the supervision ideas, management concept and management mode, to maximize the positive role of online police supervision, to provide reference to enhance the supervision effect. |
