Study On Regulation Of Arranging Judicial Interpretations

The judicial interpretation is the characteristic part of China legal system, and the arranging of Judicial interpretation is an important work to maintain the unity of the legal system.The problem I am trying to solve in this paper is the problems existing in the current judicial interpretation cleaning mechanism.Hence to get ready for the regularization theoretically. The approach I adopt to solve the problem is combing the current judicial interpretation of the cleaning mechanism of the law and, clearing the main body and the relevant existing procedures,and analyzing the data of the documents that issued by The Supreme People’s court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate.The results obtained in this research include dividing the judicial interpretations into three types of documents and four types of articles.And propose some advises of regularization of arranging of judicial interpretations.
