Research On Food Safety Supervision Legal System

Food security is related with personal survival and health, the continuation of the race and prosperity, stability and development of the relationship between the state and society.Along with the advance of science and technology in our country, the rapid development of food marketization, people’s demand for food safety is improved, but the food safety problems emerge in endlessly, the food security situation is very grim. Therefore, research on food safety supervision system has important theoretical value and practical significance. In theory,it can enriched food safety regulation, and even the national regulatory theory research level and expand the research angle of view; In practice, to safeguard China’s food safety and people’s physical and mental health play an important role.Due to the importance of food safety, the Chinese government have long focused on food safety regulatory problems. After 30 years of development, China’s food safety regulatory system also went through a series of changes, gradually from a single, naive to the complex diverse food safety regulatory system. But it is undeniable that many problems exist in food safety supervision system in China, mainly displays in the regulatory standards system is not perfect and the regulator is not science, risk early warning system and information disclosure system is not perfect, lack of social supervision and so on several aspects, the need to further improve.Developed countries in food safety regulation has accumulated a lot of successful experience, is worth our using for reference. By investigating the United States, the European Union, Japan and other developed countries food safety regulation experience, summed up the worthy of our learning place has establish a complete legal system, improve the food safety supervision mode, strengthen the management of food safety regulators, strengthening the intensity of social supervision of food safety, etc.Problems in food safety supervision system in China, the author put forward some ideas of perfecting our country’s food safety supervision system:the first is complete food safety regulatory standards system, the second is to optimize our country food safety regulators,the third is to build the food safety risk early warning system and information disclosure system,the fourth is to improve the food safety social supervision in our country.
