Study On The Party-masses Relationship In The Course Of Villagers Autonomy

Party-mass relationship is one of our party for a long time to pay special attention to the relationship and is that an important role in the party construction theory.External social environment is Important Background that our Party Construction of Harmonious Party-mass relationship.Currently the villagers autonomy has its basic historical origin,at the same time,our party also has rich Party-mass relationship’s theory and practice.In the process of villagers villagers,the villagers conduct to "self management,self education,self service" and "democraticelections,democratic decision-making, democratic management and democratic supervision",its laws and regulations,the operation mode and the progress meaning must have profound influence on party-mass relationship.Based on this, this paper discusses the process of villagers autonomy in different periods and in the process of the Party-mass relationship,also comparative analysis of different period’ all points mentioned above.The meaning of the villagers autonomy is change the direction of rural grassroots social power operation, promoting the development of democratic politics in our country.In implementation,we must adhere to the leadership of the communist party of China,starting from the historical height,based on China’s national conditions to promote the progress of the villager autonomy.In the process of villager autonomy,we can see party-mass relationship is facing a series of challenges,such as economic development deviation caused by the income gap is too big,lack of democratic institutions makes the lack of supervision of power,appeal can’t express lead to absence of social policy to reply.Therefore,this article summarizes the three new methods to creating Close friendly Party-mass relationship.The first,economic development need to integrate the interest relationship.The second,stick to the rule of law for protect the rights of the people.Finally,only improve the governance ability,Innovating the mechanism of communication.
