Research On Production Safety Early Warning Based On Case Based Reasoning

Since entering in twenty-first Century, both collective and individual have faced a lot of challenges and risks, including resource depletion, poverty, war, a variety of natural and social crisis and other emerging situation. Production safety is one of a crisis prone areas, especially in the mine, hazardous materials, water and electrical accidents, explosions and other aspects. The occurrence of these crises caused a significant loss of manpower, material resources, financial resources, but also to the social instability, so that people become panic. So if we are able to warn the crisis and deal with it in time, we can minimize the damage to the minimum.At present, the way we deal with the crisis is mainly concentrated in the stage of emergency and rehabilitation, and there is no systematic research and concrete results in the early warning system. The purpose of article is that at the basis of crisis theory, early warning method, case based reasoning(CBR) key technology theory,make the case based reasoning method apply in production safety and warning, empirical research inject new blood for production safety early warning model construction. Firstly, through literature analysis to define the concept and definition of crisis, public crisis, public safety crisis; by comparison, research status at home and abroad on crisis early warning and the existing problems, with the related theory to explain; also through the research method of case reasoning, understand the concept, ideological origin, development stage and application design, and key technology of case-based reasoning method; secondly using the model construction method,apply the shaping design model of case-based reasoning in crisis early warning, based on the traditional early-warning model and improve it; finally, collecting a large number of cases of public safety production, combining with the data analysis method, study the representative industry. To the empirical model and further illustrate the applicability and superiority of the method and model.This study is conducive to improve the early warning methods and models, improve the level of production safety warning, reduce the occurrence of crisis, and thus ensure social stability, and promote the harmony of people. This paper summarizes the related theory, especially exploration and design of case-based reasoning method, finally successfully constructed model of crisis early warning and effective empirical analysis is the important outcome of this paper. But we also need to understand the shortcomings of the model, we need to further improve in order to adapt to the changing environment and a variety of new needs. In a word, the research of this paper hopes to provide some help and inspiration for the following scholars so that i can make my own little contribution.
