With the Internet penetration in the social life in various fields, the Internet has become the main way of information network transmission due to the characteristics of Internet copyright crime and protected by criminal law is not perfect, violations of the right to network dissemination of information behavior intensified, despite repeated prohibitions. The author intends to through this paper propose to perfect the criminal law protection on the right to network dissemination of information.This thesis is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The main body is divided into four chapters:The first chapter: summary of information network transmission right. This chapter is divided into three sections. First section introduces establishment process and the concept of the right of communication of information on networks, several kinds of main legislation modes of the second section introduced the right to network dissemination of information; the third section introduces characteristics of the right of communication of information on network infringement.The second chapter: the criminal law protection of the right to network dissemination of information necessary. This chapter is divided into two sections, according to the characteristics of violations of the right to network dissemination of information behavior, discusses the civil law, administrative law and other legal departments for the lack of the network transmission right protection and need to protected by criminal law.Chapter three: the status quo of the protection of the right to network dissemination of information and the plight of it. This chapter is divided into four sections, respectively from abroad and domestic to the right of communication through information network and the situation of criminal law protection and new cases of criminal law protection to bring challenges, summed up difficulties of protecting the criminal law of our country the right to network dissemination of information.The fourth chapter: the perfection of the protection of criminal law. This chapter is divided into four sections, respectively, from four different angles, analysis and put forward the right of information network dissemination of the criminal law to improve the protection of recommendations.
