The problems of official crime threats to the stability and security of societies,threats to justice and the rule of law, undermining the institutions and values of democracy. Such as power abusing crime is the most obvious corruption problem which China faces, it means the power lose control, Duty crime that involve vast quantities of assets, which may constitute a substantial proportion of the resources of some area, that threaten the political stability and sustainable development of those areas, Convinced that official crime is no longer a local matter but a social phenomenon.Beginning with the signification of prevention of official crimes, this paper describes the current situation and question of official crime, analyses the characteristics of duty crime in new time in our country, find out the theory and the practical of the causes of crime, and then briefly introduces the prevention system about official crimes under our country. According to the current situation and the difficulty of the crime prevention duties of the research, the paper put forward the deficiency and shortage on the work of Crime Prevention of the study.
