Study On Criminal Legislative Protection For Food Safety In China

Physiological needs are the most basic needs of human beings. However, food is just what we are concerned about cause functioning can not be normal if we can not meet the needs of human in the physiological needs. If food safety problems, it will damage not only people’s health and life safety, but also damage the stable development of the social economy, and even affect the social stability and the country’s image of people’s minds. Although our country attaches great importance of food safety issues, but has failed to make the food safety crime decline, also to diversified multi-level development. Obviously, our law still has many defects in the regulation of food safety crime.This article is divided into three chapters to complete. Chapter 1 is an overview of food safety crime, mainly introduces the relevant concepts and features of food safety crime and our country food safety crime present situation, and analyzes the necessity of the criminal protection of food safety. Chapter 2 introduces our country food safety criminal legislation defects, mainly analyzes the shortcomings in the existing criminal law on food safety protection. Chapter 3 introduces the perfect food safety crime legislation in China, the perfect suggestions and measures to protect food safety from the criminal law.
