Research On The Governance Of Network Virtual Society And The Security Of Political Safety In China

The rapid development and popularization of internet is having had a profound influence on all aspects of our life, such as the ways of thinking, the ways of communication, ways to obtain information etc. These reason adding people’s pursuit of political rights and democracy, promoted the development of the political function of the network virtual society. Political safety is a problem related closely to the survival and development of a country, therefore it attracts more attention of any country. For political security, the network is a double-edged sword. How to use the positive effects of network virtual society brings to the political security and how to avoid the negative effects to political security, is an unavoidable problem of the political development.This thesis has three parts, first of all, on the basis of collecting and sorting out the domestic and foreign research results and the latest information, this paper analyzes the related concept and basic support theory of network virtual society and political security. Then summed up the network political empowerment, political participation, political mobilization, political supervision and political struggle and other function of network virtual society, and pointed out the positive effect of the political security. Compared with other forms of political life, network virtual society has some characteristics of subject anonymity, spread efficiency, structural openness and diversity awareness. If the order does not get effective governance and actively guide, it is bound to have a serious threat to the national political security. On the last part, the paper analyzed the ways of how to maintain the national political security in the network virtual social governance for every participator. The national government should play a leading role in the development of network politics, to improve top-level design; the society should guide public effectively and spread positive energy; citizens should be rational to participate in, constantly enhance civic awareness, to realize the effective governance of network virtual society, to protect the national political security.
