| The data of gays’ wives may has been as many as 14 million,which is huge and shocking.The wifves are struggling in loveless marriages,confused and unhappy.Some people think that gays’ wifves’ suffering caused by lacking of charm and disgraced.A head of gays’ organization even said: "Research about the gays’ wives is meaningless......" However, this article does not agree with this view, all humen beings are created equal, the gays’ wives also have the right to be respected.The research about gays’ wifves is a legislative gap in our country and hasn’t been given enough attention.So, this article will discuss this issue by three aspects. Firstly, clearing the definition of the gays’ wifves, and discuss why there is a so large number.Secondly, analysis the difficulties that wives facing, from what the wives beard in the marriage, the obstacles encountered in seeking an annulment and encountered in the process of divorce, combining relevant cases.Finally, it is proposed to solve the dilemma of the gays’ wifves from four aspects: the legislative amendment of the current marriage system, the process of promoting the legalization of same-sex marriage and the creation of the environment from the consciousness level. |
