Objective: To develop "military general ability test" questionnaire, and its reliability, validity, criterion-related validity of the initial application in radar operator positions grassroots units, summarizes the characteristics of the post of general ability and try to make the radar the general ability of researchers to predict the development of new training operator positions. Methods: The test-retest reliability calculation method and pearson correlation method related research test-retest reliability and criterion-related validity; using standardized orthogonal rotation method Kaiser study the construct validity; research of this scale using pearson correlation with Wei s quiz in school achievement correlation. Using t test, statistically significant correlation was observed pearson radar operator with the ability of ordinary soldiers questionnaire; continuous track record of pre-service training radar operator who changes the general ability. Results: Exploratory factor analysis showed that the presence of the military in general ability test scale of five independent dimensions(KMO = 0.78, P<0.01); scale internal consistency coefficient of 0.89, internal consistency coefficient between each dimension between 0.82-0.91; the questionnaire was a significant correlation(r = 0.19 ~ 0.67, P <0.05) between the dimensions, and the total score of each dimension has a high correlation(r = 0.47-?0.78, P<0.01), indicating that the scale of good reliability and validity. Questionnaire scores and subjects age was no significant correlation; questionnaire dimensions and the Wechsler Intelligence Scale corresponding part of a significant correlation(r = 0.615 ~ 0.977, P<0.01); questionnaire each scores with 20 study subjects test scores were significantly related(r = 0.436 ~ 0.983, P<0.01), showed that criterion-related validity was better. Forces at the grassroots level for the radar operator positions the initial use, the general ability of the military and ordinary post to compare the radar operator in the space feel(t = 6.687, p = 0.002), similarity(t = 5.260, P= 0.01), Math(t = 5.005, P= 0.018) were significantly different in three dimensions. In the continuous measurement of radar tracking pre-service training course operator’s point of view. Conclusion: "Military General Aptitude Test" has a high degree of reliability and validity, the actual use of the grass-roots units, the ability to reflect the general positions requiring special skills, and the future of special post new training staff capacity development generally forecast guiding role, has a certain practicality.
