The "Chinese Dream" is the new governing idea of the latest collective leadership, it’s also the political vision of the Chinese government and the spirit of desire of the Chinese people. The external publicity of the "Chinese Dream" is a strategical work about national development, which has achieved good results during the three years practice of the external publicity. The large-scale widely report, theoretical interpretation and the use of new media make the "Chinese Dream" produce great impact in the international community. But because of the influence of Chinese and western cultural differences, the pattern of international public opinion, the Chinese external communication ability, there is still great limitation in the external publicity of the "Chinese Dream". It’s need to innovate and make breakthroughs to improve the effect of publicity.Be based on the requirement of reality in deepening the external publicity of the "Chinese Dream" and mastering the international discourse right, the paper sorts out and analyzes the problems and challenges of the external publicity of the "Chinese Dream". Guided by the Xi Jinping thought, the papers puts forward some targeted suggestions from the external publicity idea, channels, ways and discourse system:In order to deepen the external publicity of the "Chinese Dream", we need to strengthen the strategical consciousness, and attach importance to the related theory research; rich the publicity ways to improve the conviction, appeal, affinity and influence; convert words, express specially and take initiative, thus enhancing the external publicity competence, strengthening the international communication, influence, and appeal of the "Chinese Dream". As a result, it will creates a good external public opinion environment for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
