As a major problem facing the world today, an aging population has intensified. China is the world’s most populous country in the elderly, is also one of the fastest growing ageing population. With the aging of the population increases, on the one hand, China’s demand for endowment security and endowment services will increase sharply; On the other hand, the shortage of our country’s endowment service supply. And science and technology, can improve the management efficiency of aging, and can reduce the intensity of the endowment service and cost, improve the quality of life and the dignity of the elderly population, is to resolve the current aging serious contradiction between supply and demand, the crack growing pension in our country the inevitable choice of management and service problems. Papers in old-age support of science and technology are introduced based on the present situation of the application of technology and science and technology in our country endowment, summarizes the main problems of our country science and technology endowment:inadequate recognition, lack of capital, low efficiency of management, imperfect relevant laws and regulations, and the technological literacy of old people is not high, puts forward corresponding solving measures:improve the degree of attention to the science and technology endowment, increase government financial investment, improve the efficiency of management, improve the science and technology endowment relevant laws and regulations, improve the citizens’ accomplishment of science and technology, etc., to actively cope with the challenge of population aging in our country and promote the sustainable development of the pension in China.
