This article discusses if property interests, immovable property and virtual property can become the object of robbery crime by three parts, hoping to play a role in judicial practice by these statements.Property interests refers to interests except on the property. The view of the article is that under the existing criminal justice system, due to the lack of clear rules or reasonable ways to explain, property interests cannot become the object of robbery.Immovable property means property which is immovable according to the natural character or the law. Immovable property is divided into two types of land and buildings on the ground. This article holds the view that although immovable property is not the typical object of robbery, it still belongs to the property type specified in the provisions. So it should be the object of robbery.Virtual property refers to digital, non-materialized form of property. Realistic way robbery of virtual property is not much controversy. The problem is that whether technology-forcing type of robbery can become the object of robbery crime. This article holds the view of the virtual property can become the object of robbery crime, and technology-forcing should be classified as coercion in the robbery.
