The research that is presented establish as questions if is the free commerce trade agreement celebrated between Chile and China effective in the needs of the both countries? And the contracts celebrated as consequence of the treaty are effectives and provided with enough power to request the respective sanction in the case of incompliance of the parties? The hypothesis planted is the combination of institutions makes possible the compliance of the contracts that derive form the benefits of the Free Commerce Trade Treaty. For this it will be analyzed the theories that converge in the civil law and legal systems of China and Chile, a fast review of the history in the codification of the law, the diplomacy history between this countries, the International Law, the Institutions that interferes in the process like the WTO, the convention of Vienna about merchandising trade and also the Free Commerce Trade Agreement celebrate, for his analysis, specials situations inside of the Chinese territories and the Conclusions whom proceed from the analysis...
