Analysis On The Historical Experience Of The Communist Party Construction In The Early Days Since The Foundation Of The People’s Republic Of China

At the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the major challenge that the Communist Party of China faced was converting its role from the revolutionary party to the ruling party:after a long war China was in a state of devastation, where economic development needed to be restored, people’s living standard needed to be improved, and the newborn regime needed to be consolidated. Under extremely serious domestic and foreign situation, the Communist Party of China shouldered the responsibility courageously and successfully broke the imperialist’s blockade, thus it obtained the victory of the war to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea, completed the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce and overcame the various difficulties and obstacles.In the end, the People’s Republic of China successfully entered the orbit of the construction of socialism. The ruling party in all aspects of the construction had obtained the precious experience.The Northwestern Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was the political organ of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in the northwestern region of China, which mainly managed the liberated areas in the northwest region and the Kuomintang areas. The Party Communication was a monthly magazine sponsored by the Northwestern Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to deliver political affairs. It was an important party propaganda for the internal Northwestern Bureau to communicate work experience and messages, to issue instructions and to propose work suggestions. It made a significant contribution to propagandizing policy, organizing of the party members and guiding the work. As a tool, it performed an unique value in which the party leadership organs united the party members’group of thought and action and strengthened the construction of the thought construction, organization construction and style construction. In this paper, we use The Party Communication of the Northwestern Bureau of the Communist Party of China as an example. Through studies of the relevant historical materials, we fully and systematically analyze the problems and situations that the ruling party faced and the countermeasures and measures that the ruling party took in the process of construction at the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China (1949-1956). We conclude the main characteristics of work in this period, sum up the new results and the historical experience that the ruling party obtained in the process of construction and provide reference to the modern construction for the Communist Party of China.This article is divided into four parts. The third and the fourth parts are the keys.The first part:the new construction problems that the ruling party faced at the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, including the thought of the party members and cadres, the tests in the party’s basic-level organizational construction, the imperfection of the system construction and the grim situation of style construction and some other problems. Faced with these kinds of problems and difficulties, our party was urged constantly to grope the party’s construction and carry out a long time work for the party construction.The second part:the founding of the early new exploration of the construction of the ruling party. From strengthening the construction of ideas, deepening the basic-level organizational construction, attaching great importance to the system construction, and strengthening the construction of style of four aspects,the Communist party of China has made a series of exploration in the face of a series of problems. The Communist Party of China will continue to strengthen the party spirit education, resolve the outstanding issues, carry out special rectification, serve the people, and open up the road of building a new socialist society.The third part:the founding of the early new achievements were obtained in the ruling party construction. From the party ethos and the social ethos, effects of the relationship between the three aspects are systematically summarized.
