Research On Government Functions Of Virtual Nursing Home Services

At present, China’s aging contradiction is prominent, weakening of family support for the elderly, inadequate pension institutions, community home care is not perfect. Therefore, to meet the needs of the elderly, improve the quality of care services, innovative pension service model, has become the focus of people’s livelihood. Virtual nursing home service innovation community home care services, to absorb the advantages of pension service, has been recognized by more and more old people, and government functions play a crucial role in promoting the development of virtual nursing service.This paper focuses on the government functions of the virtual nursing home service, and takes the Tianjin city as an example, carries on the questionnaire survey and the interview investigation to the virtual nursing home in three districts. In this paper, the theory of public service government and public goods theory as the theoretical support, and the use of literature theory research and empirical research methods, the virtual nursing home service in the government’s functions are studied. The specific contents of this paper are as follows: First, described the related concepts and theories. The key points of the virtual nursing home and its service, the government functions of the virtual nursing home are described, and the theoretical support of this paper is described. Fifth, the optimization of the functions of the government in the virtual nursing home put forward some effective suggestions.Survey results show: Virtual pension guide publicity strength, virtual nursing home service information technology introduction rate of guide the propaganda factors; Virtual pension subsidy sufficiency, virtual nursing home service content richness, supply unit policy support of planning factor; Virtual endowment resources sufficiency, virtual nursing home service team construction of integration factor; Legal protection adequacy, virtual pension market openness, virtual nursing home service supervision and management improvement of management and supervision factor these factors have a significant impact on the improvement of the functions of the government in the virtual pension services. In view of the analysis result, based on the actual situation of Tianjin City, put forward the relevant suggestions to improve the government functions of the virtual nursing home.
