No doubted, a country’s culture is extremely important, because it is not only representing the spiritual power, but also decide the destiny and development of the country. As a matter of fact, culture symbolizes the soul and consciousness of the country, it raises the civilized level of the society, enhancing the fundamental abilities for the identification, sense of united, and creation. In other words, culture determines the situation of the country’s values and system. In this generation, culture becomes a kind of soft power of a country, helping the country to lift its’ economical status in the world. Due to the affection of globalization, our government emphasizes the meaning and relationship of the country’s development and rebirth, proving the importance and deeply influential fact of the culture. Moreover, culture even control the political and economical situation of my country. On the other hand, procuratorial work means a sort of special culture of law, it becomes a new administered form, expressing our culture by the support of our procuratorial organ. In fact, improving the culture of the procuratorial work can be able to raise the quality of the procuratorial workers, increasing the efficiency of the procuratorial work, renovating the idea to administer the law, originating the procuratorial system with Chinese characteristic, finally promoting the entire evolution of the Chinese nation.Recently our government operates a lot of profitable processes for each part of establishment of the procuratorial culture for the research and practice, and it really accomplish something great. In addition, there is something we have to be aware: since our procuratorial culture is produced very late, it developed accompany with the modern procuratorial system. The development of it is restrained by the affection of the traditional concepts and the limit of the system. Until now, the procuratorial culture of our country is still not mature yet, it still stay at the basic phase in the whole developed process. Therefore, our government encounters variety of difficulties and problems when it is promoting the establishment of procuratorial culture. This paper is going to explore the establishment of procuratorial culture from the angle of practical situation, deeply analyzing the problems and reasons that existed in the procuratorial culture, making the efficiently strategic decision and analysis to structure the procuratorial culture of our country. Furthermore, the goal is to enhance the procuratorial organ for its’ conviction to administer justice and supervised ability to law, advancing the professional ethics and abilities of self-discipline of entire procuratorial staffs, using scientific knowledge to logically build the Chinese procuratorial culture.
