The trademark has become the an important part of intangible assets today, for the operators, the trademark is the permit to enter the market, especially well-known trademarks, because of well-known trademark and foster growth process are quite long, need to spend a few years or even decades. Moreover, because of its great influence, the well-known trademark has resulted in a large number of infringement actions, which are different from the ordinary trademark. On the existing system level, the new tort has not been clearly defined and penalties, resulting in enterprise wants to pass post relief protection their well-known trademarks will increasing difficulty.This article through analyzing deficiencies of the existing domestic and foreign well-known trademark protection theory summed up the system deficiencies and loopholes. Therefore, company B can set up management system that can make up the law and do a good job of self-protection. Through three enterprises cases, summed up the practice in the administration of trademarks. Based on loopholes in the system, well-known trademark management general layout, B enterprise actual operating mode and research in line with company B’s well-known trademark management strategy, in order to achieve B enterprise well-known trademarks to preserve and increase the value of the trademark.
