Study On The Pledge Of Hotel Management Rights

Hotel management rights pledge is used as one kind of pledge of rights, And there is no clear stipulation in the existing laws in China,But it has a very profound practical significance in real life.In the existing theoretical circle and judicial practice,we still have different opinions about the validity of hotel management rights pledge contract,I wrote the article by combining with related cases on the nature of the hotel management rights pledge, the feasibility and ways of setting and the realization of the pledge right, to help the case of the referee and protect the lawful rights and interests of the parties.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.
