Since 2008, regulations on the openness of government Information of the People’s Republic of China have executed. All localities and department promote the government information disclosure. By the government portal website, the government have developed information work. The government portal website can improve the management ability of government and provide information service.Chinese Academy of Social Sciences have released "ANNUAL REPORT ON CHINA’S RULE OF LAW" every year. This report investigates the government website. The report analyzes the progresses and also the problem currently existing in the implementation of the government information disclosure.
