Research On The Government Law Enforcement Supervision Of Food Safety

In recent years, food safety issues have gradually become the focus of attention of the government in the field of people’s livelihood. Due to the impact of a few years ago, a series of major food safety problems have seriously affected the health of the public, the continuous development of the industry, and even related to social harmony and stability. How to strengthen food safety supervision, how to define the responsibility of government in supervision of food, by strengthening the administrative supervision system reform to promote lasting peace and stability in the field of food safety, focuses on the study of the hot issues in the field of public administration of the government.This paper is mainly aimed at the problems encountered in the field of food safety in China, the government regulation in the field of responsibility to carry out research. In this paper, from the perspective of China’s government law enforcement responsibility, through the relevant literature and theoretical research, it makes a detailed analysis for the current food safety supervision in China’s government law enforcement responsibility. Main problems existing in the current our country food safety supervision government law enforcement responsibility: relevant laws and regulations in the law enforcement conflict; government system construction, light law enforcement system; government re ex post accountability, light beforehand, the supervision and law enforcement; the government exists the campaign style law enforcement. To solve these problems, this paper analyzes the law enforcement system, the responsibility mechanism, law enforcement thinking, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The conclusion of this research is presented in the food regulatory system, the government through the strengthening law enforcement system design, perfect the responsibility system of law enforcement of the government, change the traditional form of law enforcement and the idea, and in a timely manner to optimize the disclosure of government information channels, can effectively solve the problems existing in the government regulation and law enforcement, and promote China’s food safety management system’s construction and the consummation.
