The internet chauffeured car service industry is in the form of the combination of "Internet+",sharing economy and the taxi industry.In essence, it is the promotion and reform of the information technology, the Internet thinking and the concept of cooperative consumption to the taxi industry, and it is the revolution of the information economy and the sharing economy to the traditional economy.The internet chauffeured car service industry is the emerging industry.The internet chauffeured car service industry uses the form of a "square deal" to evade the existing law.There are mainly two kinds of operating modes:the first kind is B2C mode,also called asset-weight strategy;the second kind is C2C mode, also called asset-light strategy. The internet chauffeured car service industry has the characteristics of bilateral market, user lock-in effect, diminishing marginal cost, market admittance threshold low, non professional supplier to enter the relevant market, O2O, scale and differentiated competitive strategy, and etc. The internal structure of the internet chauffeured car service industry mainly includes three subjects:the service platform, the passenger and the driver. The external structure mainly includes:the internet chauffeured car service industry, the taxi industry, and government regulators.Regulating the relationship between the different subjects of the internal structure might affect the relationship between the different subjects of the external structure, and vice versa.The relationship between the Internet Chauffeured car service industry and taxi industry is not mutual replacement, they service the different market and the crowd. The Internet Chauffeured car service industry provides the external driving force for the reform of the taxi industry, to break the administrative monopoly of the taxi industry.The regulatory department has admitted the legality of the Internet Chauffeured car service, but on private vehicles into the relevant market has set up many restrictions, this have hindered the health, orderly development of the Internet Chauffeured car service industry. Private vehicles entering the market has both the necessity and the feasibility.The Internet Chauffeured service platform to dominate the whole transaction process, should bear more responsibility to protect the rights and interests of consumers.The relation between the drivers and platform is the service relations,not the labor relations.The characteristics of competition between the internet chauffeured car service industry and traditional industry are different.Subsidy competition between Platform Co does not belong to unfair competition, traditional methods of anti monopoly of the relevant market recognition is not fully applicable.Antitrust regulators should not take the internet chauffeured car service market as an independent, closed market, thus narrowing the scope of relevant market and taking the industry leader as a dominant market position, to restrict competition such as merger, acquisition and reorganization, hindering the development of the internet chauffeured car service industry.For the Internet Chauffeured car service industry,the thinking of supervision should be innovative,a comprehensive new model of government supervision, self supervision, cooperative supervision, consumers actively participate in the supervision of should be established.
