Collective action is an interdisciplinary research question. Currently the researchers study this question from the perspective of social psychology again, and also get plenty of relevant results. Their research aimed at discussing and summarizing the theories from the macro perspective but lake of empirical analysis by the micro view. So, this paper focuses on finding out the social psychology characteristics of the person who agrees to join in one collective action. To achieve this goal, the research studies the influence factors of individual collective action intention by quantitative analysis from the micro view.First, the researcher proposed some hypotheses by the possible influence factors that screened from the references and the existing theoretical model, and constructed a model for the influence factors of individual collective action intention. Second, the researcher collected the data through a questionnaire survey at Jinniu District of Chengdu. Finally, through the data analysis and structural equation modeling, the conclusion was drew as:the individual sense of justice, the individual degree of satisfaction, the individual sense of group efficacy and individual feel of anger directly affect the individual collective action intention. At the same time, the individual degree of satisfaction, the individual sense of group efficacy and the individual sense of t changeable are affected by the individual sense of justice. The model for the influence factors of individual collective action intention has been verified.These conclusions pointed out that what kind of individuals is more likely to participate in the collective action from the micro view. In public management practices, research findings help management and managers a more profound understanding of collective action participants and potential participants, which helps them with the early warning, prevention and response of collective action.
