The Anomie Phenomenon Research In The Process Of Part Of The Party Members And Cadres Practice The Mass Line In The New Period

Since The Eighteenth Congress, China is in rapid and profound social and economic transformation period, the current mass work faces new challenge and problems which causes the high attention from social various aspects. In this study, since The Eighteenth Congress, based on the related research of new connotation, challenges and path of the mass line in the new period, introduce the anomie theory of sociology research of the mass line. Regard the anomie phenomenon in the process of part of the party members and cadres practice the mass line as the research object, The Eighteenth Congress as the research time node and Chongqing as the scope.Through literature analysis and questionnaire survey, the paper mainly discusses the new performance of part of the party members and cadres practice the mass line, analyze the cause and put forward the corresponding measure.Through the questionnaire survey to the grassroots of Chongqing, this study obtained the respondents since The Eighteenth Congress, especially The Central Paragraph 8, Steady Tightening of Three Real, in order to make the overall impression and objective evaluation for party members and cadres in the new period to carry out the mass line. Through statistical analysis of survey data, this paper summarizes the new anomie performance of part of the party members and cadres practice the mass line. Namely, the mass line values weaken. The party’s mass line was overturned.This study argues that some party members and cadres are objective consciousness indifference, values distorted, morality is not high, the ruling ability is limited as the main reason being anomie. The people demand levels rising, collectivism concept weakening and demand diversity for the object reasons. And the influence of the political and economic network, external factors and the lack of long-term system mechanism also become the external causes of the mass line anomie of part of the party members and cadres. How to deal with some party members and cadres anomie phenomenon in the process of practice the mass line, the first thing is to strengthen the consciousness of principle, establish the correct value, cultivate the good moral tutelage, raise the level of scientific ruling and improve the ability of completes the mass work of party members and cadres in the new period. Secondly, depends on democracy, rule of law to defend their interests, strengthen collective education, to do a good job of a complaint reporting stability, in order to adapt to the masses of the people of new changes in the new period.
