Citizen Network Responsibility Mean Studies

Along with the progress and development of Internet technology, network emerging civil society, the value of the network citizen responsibility consciousness and role increasingly highlighted. Citizen responsibility consciousness mainly divided into two fields, one field is in the social life level, presents the characteristics of the more obvious, another area where it is at the network level, supported by Internet information technology of the embodiment of social citizenship, people through the network platform for exchange of ideas and culture communication. Many Chinese Internet users, and with the development of the era, adjustment and change of population structure, network communication is widely loved by the masses, and gradually affected the public’s daily life. In the field of politics, economy and culture on the civil consciousness of network communication has reflected the relatively fast development, in order to develop the modern citizen responsibility consciousness, in the Internet age under the ideology of people behavior should have more profound understanding of, clear oneself behavior should shoulder the responsibility, thus meet the age under the law of development of the network construction demand of citizen responsibility consciousness.
