Study On The Perfection Of The System Of The People’s Congress Of China

Our country in 1954 held the first session of the National People’s Congress, marking the foundations of the regime system in people’s Congress to establish a comprehensive, except the ten years of the Cultural Revolution interrupted, after 50 years of development, in the 30 years of practice and achieved rich experience, in the political life of our country plays an important role. Although with the development of China’s political and economic system reform, the people’s Congress system is also gradually become perfect, continuous development, but we should still see, for some of the factors of history and reality, now stage of people’s Congress is still not perfect, there are some problems.In order to better adhere to the people’s Congress system, this paper is divided into three parts, first of all, it describes the significance of the system of the people’s Congress in China. And then expounds the problems now exist in the system of people’s congresses, and from two aspects of inside and outside, the understanding degree of the National People’s Congress, the National People’s Congress supervision of legal system and the National People’s Congress internal incentive and competitive mechanism three aspects analysis the reasons of the existing problems. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the system of the people’s Congress at this stage, we put forward some methods and suggestions to improve the development of the National People’s Congress.
