A Study In The Humanities Concern For The New Generation Of Migrant Worker

To strengthen and improve ideological and political work, pay attention to humanistic concern and psychological counseling, to foster self-esteem, self-confidence,rational calm, positive social mentality is put forward by the report of 18 th National Congress Party of China.With its successfully convened in November 2012, resolve the Cenozoic Ming practical difficulties and problems, strive to build a civilized and harmonious human relations in society is puts forward by our party, also widely known and accepted by the masses of the people. New generation of migrant workers is the critical period of system transition and social transformation. As a special groups, our country have been carrying out the urban and rural duality household registration system in a long time. The problem of new generation of migrant workers in wages,accommodation, the basic social security, their children’s education and so on is not ideal, about the new generation of migrant workers, the status of humanistic concern is worth exploring.In recent years, our country began to turned its attention to the new generation migrant workers, there are many experts and scholars began to study new generation of migrant workers’ humanistic concern problems, but most of the study were about the content of the new generation migrant workers’ humanistic concern,or the methods, the principles. The ideological and political education embodies humanistic concern is not good yet now.This paper use the literature research to related the questions of ideological and political education and humanistic concern, to provide basis theoretical for study of the combination between them. In addition to the introduction, this article is divided into three parts, the first part of the new generation migrant workers and comb and defining the related concepts of humanistic concern, in-depth analysis of the new generation of migrant workers to the value and significance of humanistic concern. The second part is using investigation and statistical analysis method, through to the new generation migrant workers an investigation of the current situation of the humanistic concern, to know the reason of present status of the new generation of migrant workers in the humanistic concern in the existing problems. Finally, explore the new generation of migrant workers to build the mechanism of humanistic concern, to improve the new generation of migrant workers to humanistic concern work effectiveness further, to develop a free and comprehensive development of the new generation of peasantfarmers to actively beneficial exploration. In this paper, through using the predecessors of the existing research results, institutional transition and the critical period of social transformation in our country under the background, to explore how to carry out work of new generation migrant workers humanistic concern better.
