Therefore, the register booking system is the inevitable trend of China’s civil procedure law. Since May 1, 2015, the register booking system was carried out in China. It has many positive effects, but also produced many problems to be solved. Based on the comparison of two kinds of systems, this article aims to explore the essence of the register booking system in our country, and the meaning of it under the background of the current socialist rule of law and the existing problems.The register booking system is helpful to strengthen the protection of procedural right, to realize the procedural justice, to enlarge the scope of accepting cases of the court, and to improve the judicial credibility and authority. But because they do not distinguish between the requirements of the prosecution and the conditions of a lawsuit, so that it have to be reformed continually.Faced with the problems of substantive review, we should not only need smaller case filing chamber staff and functions, distinguish requirements of the prosecution and conditions of a lawsuit, also need to connect and help other systems.Although it is quite a long time has been discussed, but it is executed for less than one year. The current study lacks of enough practice supports. This article aims to combine with reality and hope that the judicial system can really fit the current situation of our country.Justice should not only be achieved, and should be achieved in a visible manner. The significance of procedural justice to civil litigation is self-evident. Therefore, the research of register booking system in China has important procedure value and practical significance.
