Microscopic Studies Of Individual Characteristics Of Illegal Fund-raising Body

Since 2011, many small enterprises which are in the private capital developed areas such as Wenzhou、Erdos started to collapse because of the breaking of funding strand, at the same time, this phenomenon also highlighted the problem of illegal fund-raising. The illegal fund-raising often uses high returns as bait and they have different kinds of means, so it’s difficult to recognize and control in time. The influence of the illegal fund-raising is so wide that increasing the government’s macro-control’s uncontrollability and also leading to much irrational investment. In a word, the illegal fund-raising has so enormous destructive power that we have to pay enough attention to it and it’s time to put forward some effective advices to solve this problem.Based on this situation, this paper uses the theory of financial lending as guidance and at the same time makes use of the model analysis and statistical analysis which are belong to econometrics to study the illegal fund-raising’s microscopic characteristics, and then put forward some policy suggestions. Firstly, in this paper, we reviewed the relevant literatures about illegal fund-raising, which summed up the lack of current literature and the innovation of this paper. Secondly, according to the theoretical analysis based on the previous studies, it put forward two hypothesis. Third, according to the two hypothesis before, it made use of econometrics to built theoretical model to test the aforementioned hypothesis is satisfied or not. Fourth, this paper used the 250 illegal fund-raising cases which are from the internet to test the model, and then analyzed the illegal fund-raising’s difference in the aspect of gender、education、means and so on. Lastly, based on the analysis, it put forward some policy recommendations for suppression of illegal fund-raising outbreak. This paper studies microscopic individual characteristics of the illegal fund-raising body, especially the gender differences. The study of characteristics of illegal fund-raising offenders is useful to rich microcosmic study on illegal fund-raising activities in the literature as same as helpful to systematic study the theoretical problems of "gender and credit". On the other hand, it’s the innovation of research data. This paper gathers took place in the country of 622 cases of illegal fund-raising case and forms a database containing 903 data, which include the information of the illegal fund-raising offenders subject such as the name、gender、age、education and so on. These data make this study had more adequate data support.
