Theideology Research Of Social Construction Of The CPC In Historical Turning Period

From Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party in 1978 to Third Plenary Session of the 12th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party in 1984, the Communist Party of China achieved the great historical turning and created a new way to socialism with Chinese characteristics in this great period of transfer. Faced with the complicated environment both at home and abroad, under the leadership of the communist party of China with Deng Xiaoping as the core in this great historical transition period, the CPC shifts the focus of work to economic construction and modernization construction, promote the rapid economic and social development, and accumulate precious experience in social construction by emancipating the mind and being brave in making innovations.This paper mainly focuses on the studying the theory exploration of social construction of the Communist Party of China during the historical turning period. During this period, CPC was at the crucial juncture of the great historical turning. On the basis of carrying on past thought of social construction, and according to the reality of practice, the new theory of social construction formed with an obvious characteristics of times, which plays a role of revelation in inheriting the past and ushering.The first part mainly expounds the thought source and practice basis of social construction theory of the Communist Party of China in the historical turning period. Social construction theory of the CPC is the product of the social practice and characteristics of times, the new development and practice of Marxism-Leninism in China under the historical situation at that time, the collective wisdom crystallization of the second generation leading with Deng Xiaoping as the core, and the summary and deepening of past exploration and practice of CPC’s social construction theory.The second part mainly expounds the major contents of the CPC’s social construction theory in the historical turning period. During this period, and under the new situation, the CPC achieved the rich social construction theory on national education, labor and employment, income distribution, health care, social security, and social management etc.The third part analyzes characteristics of times of CPC’s social construction theory with characteristics of Chinese characteristics, innovation, practicing, and transforming in the historical turning period. Social construction theory of CPC in this period embodied realistic values of promoting the party’s ability of administration and arousing the vigor of social, which is also an important component of the theory of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics, is the important theory foundation of our party’s ruling legitimacy, and laid the ideological basis of comprehensive social construction.An important revelation of social construction theory of the CPC was summarizes in the fourth part in this great historical transition period. Proceeding from its national conditions, we should further emancipate the mind, bold innovation, adheres to the people-oriented with the focus on improving people’s lives to promote social development completely.
