In recent years, with the development of economic society, China’s non-profit organizations have achieved tremendous efforts. However, a variety of problems uncovered these achievements are emerging, such as Manli Hu incident, Hoh Xil volunteer victims incident, Jie Wang incident, which have aroused general hot debate.All these indicated that the current problems such as deficiency of volunteer resources,vulnerability of volunteer confidence, and ineffectiveness of services have caught high attention. Gaps in human resources management are the reasons ultimately.In this paper, relevant theories on organizational behavior, psychology, human resources were introduced such as administrative organization theory, demand hierarchy theory, human capital theory and so on. The applications of these theories in non-profit organization management of human resources were proved and demonstrated as well.On the basis of theoretical researches, development situation of Jingjiang’s part non-profit organizations, initiatives of human resources management, main deficiency were analyzed, experiences of other countries were summarized including the USA,Japan and Canada. Meanwhile, specific experience about four sectors including construction of the core values of non-profit organizations, improvement of laws and regulations, improvement of volunteer incentives, and optimization of the talent management worthy piloting and promotion were put forward. This paper was aimed to play a reference role in China’s non-profit organization human resource management.
