Wool product is a larger world consumption of a product, and China is the world’s largest wool producer,a huge number of china’s annual exports of wool for our tremendous reserves,account for a large proportion in foreign trade.However,in recent years,duing to China’s wool products export doesn’t meet the exporting country’s labeling law, China’s exports of wool has been a lot of resistance, so that our wool producers suffer a big blow. A major reason is that the United States and other developed countries have advanced wool product labeling, while China did not develop specific wool product labeling act,so when the manufacturers product label,there is no lagel basis. Meanwhile, in the whole process of wool production, there is no complete system of its norms. In the United States, the state for the wool industry, management is standardized, there is specific legislation on wool product labels, and formed a complete system of legislation. This will not only regulate the production of wool products, but also safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Meanwhile, wool access system set up to protect the development of its own business. From this, we need to strengthen the legislation of wool products, and actively study the American wool products labeling act, learn their advanced system and improve our wool product labeling system.The innovation of this paper is to study in the United State from wool labeling system and make recommendations on the establishment of a labeling system for wool.
