There are also have trend to relax in a few time, but ultimately failed to achieve the resumption of diplomatic relations between the two countries. President Obama has made effort to improve the US-Cuba relations.Raul also did domestic reformation actively.As a consequence,the two countries announced that they will confer with each other on reestablish the diplomatic relations.During the last year The two countries had rebuild the embassy in the two capital city.And President Obama has visited Cuba in this year.The relations between the two countries is in the good direction, but still has many difficult to solve the problem, the US-Cuba relations remains to be further observation.This article is divided into five chapters, of which the first part is introduction.This part introduced the meanings of research on changes between the countries under the condition of the new situation.As well as the research status of this question at home and abroad and the method,the innovation place in this article.The second part focuses on review the US-Cuba relations during the period of Fidel Castro’s ruling Cuba.of ancient relations with America. Castro has led Cuba for nearly five decades, in which period the two country had undergone serious confrontation.This part according to the relationship between the three important events of this period of history can be divided into four stages.The three events are the Cuban revolution, Caribbean crisis, upheaval of the former Soviet union and the collapse of the Soviet Union.Big change after the Cuban revolution touched the interests of the United States, the Cuba and America cut off diplomatic relations.lt is the Caribbean crisis that make America regard Cuba as a completely Cuban communist outpost,then the sanctions against Cuba and the embargo became more intensified.The upheaval of the former Soviet union and the collapse of the Soviet union let Cuba lost a strong patron.America wanted to seize the opportunity to overturn the Castro regime.The history of this period is divided based on the three event which is very representative.Each stage opened the US-Cuba relations of a new phase, but usually not for the better development.But there also exists between the two countries is a moderate phase or a particular aspect problem.As outlined in this paper, is often the ease and confrontation alternates.The third part is the focus of this article.This part describes progress made in Cuban-American relations since Raul Ruling.
