Research On Realizing Contemporary China Villagers’ Autonomy Paths

Villagers’ autonomy is an important part of democracy at the grassroots level in our country, as well as realizing the self-determination rural autonomous mode of the broad masses of villagers. The implementation of it, promote the development of democracy at the grassroots level and lay a good foundation for social stability development. The fifth plenum of the 18 th Central Committee of the Party of China depicits the grand blueprint of building China into a moderately prosperous society in all aspects. and puts forward “the 13 th Five-Year Plan”. It puts forward five development ideas, the “innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing”. The meeting, put solving the three issues of “agriculture, the countryside, and farmers” as the top priority of the party work. So, in the background of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects, if we want to completely change the urban-rural dual structure, we must propel the further development of villagers’ autonomy and do our best to solve the three issues of “agriculture, the countryside, and farmers”, which is the stable foundation of the whole social. Bring up Villagers’ autonomy as such a height, because it can improve the enthusiasm of farmers’ democratic consciousness and political participation; Improving the living standards of farmers, promoting rural economic development and stability of rural social order; Accelerating the pace of democracy at the grassroots level construction in China; Playing a great role in promoting rural governance and development. But, as the changes of rural productivity, villagers’ autonomy must be perfected and innovated to adapt to the steps of rural development. Based on a large number of literature and combined with the development of villagers’ autonomy in China, the article analyzes the problems and reasons in the process of running villager autonomy system, finally put forward the practical feasible countermeasures, in order to benefit the development and stability of rural society.Thesis mainly includes five parts:The first part is introduction, and it introduces the reason of selecting the topic, literature summary, the innovation and deficiencies; The second part is a general overview of the villagers’ autonomy, this paper introduces the connotation, main content and characteristics of the villager autonomy, The third part is the present situation of the villagers’ autonomy and it analyzes the evolution of the villager’ autonomy, achievement, existing problem; The fifth parties in view of the problems in the operation of the villager’ autonomy and puts forward concrete solving measures.
