This chapter largely focuses on the subject, exercising method, period of time, and legal effect of exercising the right of bankruptcy rescission. ChapterIV supplies some advice on perfection of Chinese Bankruptcy rescission system in view of the present legislative situation. This chapter mainly involves four aspects, the problem of revocable act in legislation model and some suggestions to perfect for thereof, subjective components and some advice for legislation, special regulations for connected transaction, current situation of china’s bankruptcy fraud and recommendations for perfection of legislation model.
