A Study On Ways Of Improving Ability Of College-Graduate Village Official

The policy of College-graduate village official refers to hiring college graduates to serve the village, the CPC Central Committee and the State party focus on culture successors made a strategic decision has far-reaching significance.This paper focuses on the ability of College-graduate village official, through theoretical and empirical research. Firstly, the construction of the College-graduate village official competency assessment system, composed mainly of two types of level indicators, one basic capacity, the second is the ability to perform their duties;Secondly,the oral of the investigation is the current status of improving ability of the College-graduate village official competency, concluded that improving ability of College-graduate village official was the overall level of general, professional and political affiliation of two demographic characteristics significantly different for capacity building of the Student Village.
