Even after they got out of jail, the weak state still exists, they will be regarded as the risk of group of people, It is difficult to get social mainstream idea’s identity, not to say that they are concerned about their living conditions. No social attention there is no social supervision, which makes the regulatory authorities can be easy to violate prisoner’s rights. They have enjoyed more right in the law. But, they are still not to get attention. The prisoners are vulnerable groups in society. Some rights of prisoners are deprived and restricted by law, the state and society do not pay attention to them. so, The prisoners weaker than any vulnerablein society.In China, every year a prisoners abused, beaten by the, prison firm head jail bully rampant, occurred ordinary inmates of the health damage, injury, disability, even death events. these events let social begin to pay attention to this groups, people began to reflect on the neglect ofthe prisoners, cause their rights often violated.
