Discussion On The Registration Management System Of Social Associations In China

In accordance with the relevant theory of social structure,government,enterprises and non-governmental organizations constitute the three major system of contemporary society.Among them,the non-governmental organizations have an irreplaceable role to the social development while associations act an important force of non-governmental organizations.The establishment of association registration management system directiy influences the development of associations,and shows development.In recent years,China’s association registration management system has been significantly developed,but there eist some issues such as a deviation in legislative level on the lower side,dual management,excessive threshold for the lack of relief and guarantee system of associations’ right,etc.This thesis applies documentary analysis,cases analysis,comparative analysis methods,analyzing the existing issues and causes of social association registration registration management system.On association registration,combining with the actual situation of local reform in China,the thesis puts forward suggestion to improve our ssociation registration registration management system,sepecifically inciuding converting the guiding ideology,formulating laws for association,establishing a relatively decentralized management mode,lowering the permission threshod for association registration and perfecting the relief system for associations’ right etc.
