In today’s "Everyone has microphone" the era of social media, The relationship between Internet public opinion and justice are closely. The supervision on Internet public opinion and Justice are to achieve social equity and justice as the ultimate goal, in the transition period in our country, it’s known that there are differences between them. This paper attempts to explore the supervision on Internet public opinion in present situation, discusses the basic theory in Internet public opinion and analyze the fit and conflict between Internet public opinion and justice, analysis the legal basis in Internet public opinion supervision on the justice objectively and the impact that network public opinion to the justice on both sides, explore the balance and boundary between the Internet public opinion supervision and justice. Justice and the supervision on public opinion are two network evaluation system, there’re different operating rules. Independent justice should not exclude the supervision on Internet public opinion, should not fear and suppression the Internet public opinion, Internet public opinion is reviewed from the public. In order to achieve harmony and unity between the two, and safeguard the realization of fair justice jointly, should to build a rational order, achieve self-restraint plenty so that both have to respect each other’s rights plenty, build rational system and safeguards rights for the two according to the law.
