Development Research Of Old Care Service In Tangshan

With the coming of 21 stcentury, the aging issue is becoming a more and more serious problem which weakens the traditional family endowment function, and endowment is changing into one of the hottest topics that China faces. Endowment includes not only materials aspect, but also daily care, healthcare, psychological intervention and other series of aspects, under which multiple forms of endowment service are in need to meet the increasing demand from the aged. Hebei has a large number of population. Tangshan, a north eastern city of Hebei, has a more serious aging problem in contrast of the provincial average level. And it has been a major factor influencing the economic development. Under this situation, it is worth for us to study and research a resolution of how to solve the aging issue and how to improve endowment service.In this paper, the prominent problems emerging from Tangshan endowment service process are studied and analyzed on the basis of understanding the Chinese and foreign materials and theories and the current conditions of Tangshan endowment, during which methods like literature survey, questionnaire survey and data analyzing are taken. Combined with practice, suggestions and resolutions to improve Tangshan endowment service are explored to be proposed.The paper is separated into five chapters: the first chapter is the Introduction part. It mainly talks about the study background and meaning, current study situations in China and foreign countries, study methods and innovations, combining with the practice of China. The second chapter is the concepts and theory basis. A detailed illustration about endowment definition and related theories lays a theoretical foundation for the main body. The third chapter tells the current endowment conditions of Tangshan after the introduction of Tangshan aging problem. The fourth chapter discuss and analyze the problems which occurs during the process of improving endowment service. In the fifth chapter, several suggestions are brought to speed up Tangshan endowment service on the basis of studying prior study and analysis and experience of home and abroad is taken as a reference.
