Study On The State Owned Enterprises Group Legal Risks Prevention And Control Problems

North Lingyun Industrial Group Co.,LTD, subordinating to China North Industries Group Corporation, is a well-known large state-owned enterprise group in the auto parts manufacturing industry and plastic building materials industry in China. It has more branch offices and subsidiary corporations which are dispersed geographically with a long management chain. In this case, how to prevent its legal risks during developing is an important guarantee for the healthy and harmonious development of Lingyun group, it is also a major issue Lingyun group is facing. Combined with the enterprise legal risk prevention theory and China enterprise legal risk prevention and control situation, this paper analyzed the Lingyun group’s existing legal risk prevention and control the problems and deficiencies, closely based on Lingyun Group’s actual situation of production and operation and management and legal practice for many years, used the basic theory of legal risk prevention and control, and took the reference of the legal risk prevention and control experience in Europe and American developed countries, applied the comparative analysis method, comprehensive research method, empirical analysis method, and the integration of modern scientific management methods, constructed the concrete methods and steps of how to carry out the legal risk prevention and control in state owned enterprises, especially made the detailed measures and process in the key content of the economic contract, construction project, intellectual property rights, dispute processing and other key contents of legal risk prevention and controlling measures, which has strong practicability and applicability.
