Criminal Protection Of Men’s Rights

Male rights are important rights owned by men in social life.International major countries and regions for the protection of the rights of man are maturing,compared with foreign,China’s current criminal law protection efforts for men right now is not enough,especially with the development of society,some new cases emerging,due to the lack of existing criminal law protection,so some of these cases there has been misplaced judgment or conviction of the dilemma can not be accurately,many reasons for this phenomenon.In this paper, starting from real cases,it leads to the existing criminal law to protect the rights of the missing men issue, and analyzed by four.At the same time, different from the legal and practical point of view,it demonstrates the necessity of penal protection of the rights of man.Finally, the criminal law to protect the rights of male perfection feasibility of proposed several methods,and the reality of our country,that the sound from the legislation is a more practical approach.
