Jiuquan Law-Related Complaint Involving Lawsuit Problem Research

In recent years, Complaint Letters and Visits always hovering because various factors intertwined, which serious damage to the judicial authority, influence the credibility of the government, increase the burden on society. Complaint Letters and Visits have become one of the major factors affecting the development of China’s social stability, and also have become the focus and hot issues of the masses and media. So, the eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party Chinese put the Complaint Letters and Visits into the legal system to resolve the problem. This paper has a great significance for the maintenance of social stability, and promotes social harmony to research Jiuquan City because its Complaint Letters and Visits has long-term high frequency.Through literature analysis, survey analysis, case studies and other research methods, this paper first elaborated the concept of the petition and the development process of the petition, then introduced the concept of Complaint Petition, and analyzed and compared the Complaint Petition with the Petition in general; secondly this paper analyzed the status quo, characteristics, main problems and impact in Jiuquan complaint Letters and Visits in-depths, and explored the root of the problem; Finally in combination with the reform of petition work ideas, this paper put forward a number of concrete measures in line with the Jiuquan actual work to address the actual problems of complaint Letters and Visits.Complaint Letters and Visits total of Jiuquan City has always been at the forefront in Gansu Province, this paper select Jiuquan City as the case study’s place has a strong research value. The research results can provide more values for Litigation Reform Petition in other areas, and assist the development of China’s economic and social transformation further.
