These theories elaborated the theoretical basis of the system of compensation of the national criminal victims which was to be set up by our country, and Providing different opinions and views in the building of the contents of the system and contributing to the establishment of the system. All regions have carried out pilot work one after another and constantly achieved results. All these accomplishments undoubtedly play an important role in the compensation of national criminal victims. But it is not perfect and it’s still in groping stage, the need for scheme selection, finding which is suitable to the feasible solution of China’s national conditions, so as to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the criminal victims.Therefore, the author based on the theory of the system acquired beneficial accomplishments from other countries and regions outside of the system of for our country, and then combining them with the practical circumstances of our country which is about the work to the criminal victims compensation system, based on the above analyzing and concluding feasibility scheme of this system in our country to establish the feasible solution advice, the author put forward some feasible suggestions from the eastern, central and western aspects, and these will contribute to the steady advance of the national criminal victim compensation in the future.
