The Research Of Youth Self-organization In Social Participation

The vigorous development of Youth Self-organization and its rising influence has become a kind of social phenomenon and attracted increasing attention. At present,youth self-organization in our country is increasing, but few cases of social participation has been studied; the innovation of social governance calls for more youth’s social participation, and the present situation leaves us a large space to make improvement; young people’s needs for self-fulfillment are rising, but their chances are rare. The research of youth self-organization in social participation may help us to solve these contradiction and provide basis for the optimization of social governance.This research uses public management theory such as the government failure theory, the theory of civil society, “ternary society” theory, the social governance theory, uses literature research method, questionnaire survey method, interviews and other research methods, to discuss the present situation of social participation of youth self-organization and its development trends. By using voluntary activities as the breakthrough point, this research summarizes the pattern of social participation of youth self-organizations, so as to provide theoretical and factual basis for the guidance of the domestic youth self-organizations to participate in social governance.This study considers that social participation of youth self-organization in China started late, but is developing quickly, and has formed a certain foundation. As a common approach for social participation that is universally recognized and welcomed, voluntary services should become a favorable platform for the Communist Youth League organizations and government departments to guide the youth self-organization in social participation.
