With the development of the society, the word "execution" is increasingly known and applied by more and more fields, and now is widely used in government management and the construction of the Party. The Party Constitution as the highest code of proletariat political party, since the founding of new China in 1949, not only play an important role in Party, but also have a major impact on all areas of Chinese society. So the strength of the execution of the Party Constitution is an important problem to the Party and the country’s future and destiny. Since founded in 1921,the Party then realized the importance of this problem. In the nearly hundred years of history, the Party constantly explore and develop the execution of the Party Constitution. Neither the party modifies and makes the Party Constitution itself many times, nor the Party constantly repairs execution of the Party Constitution, not to mention whether there is any error, is the summary of the experiences and lessons from the past and the guidance of construction in the historical condition at that times. It should be said that in the different historical period, the strength of the execution of the Party Constitution reflects the Party’s focus in different periods and the situation of the Party’s construction and development.
