Research On The Functions Of Social Organizations In Intimating Party-masses Relationship

The close ties with the masses are Chinese Communist Party’s fine tradition and political advantage, and keeping the fresh-and-blood relation between the Party and the masses is one urging under the new situation. At present, with the rapid development of social organizations in China, which is gradually growing into a new social autonomous force to participate in the practice of social governance. The social organization as an organization contact with the grass-roots, which determines its broad social basis and the mass basis, and it is in its own characteristics and advantages that provides new ways and means for our party to more closely bound the masses, to unite and unity all forces and enhance vitality in the new period.Social organizations as one of the important social governance bodies,which have played an important role in the closely bound party-masses relationship:The social’ organization is the organization carrier of expanding the citizen’s orderly political participation, the bridge and ligament of building the benign interactive Party-masses relationship, the "reducing valve" of alleviating the contradictions between the party and the masses and an essential part of developing grassroots democratic construction.In practice, however, some factors had restricted the positive role of social organization. For example, poor awareness, imperfect mechanism and system construction and so on. Based on the brief introduction and analysis of the social organizations, this paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the social organizations’s positive functions. Meanwhile, in view of the problems now existing in the practice, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure.Thus, we can made the social organizations a real place for the close ties with the masses and do mass work.
