The Study Of The Problem On The Self-confidence Of Young Cadres About The Socialist System With Chinese Characteristics

On November 8th,2012.The eighteenth National Congress of the CommunistParty of China was held in Beijing. The proposition "the Self-confidence of the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics" was put forward solemnly by Hu Jintao in the report named 《Firmly March On The Socialist Path With Chinese Characteristics And Strive To Complete The Building Of A Moderately Prosperous Society In All Respects》.Also,in the report,Hu Jintao stressed the whole Party must have firm confidence in our system.This article is based on anempirical investigation.Under the summary and analysis of the survey sample, this article expounds the status of the self-confidence of young cadres about the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the current period firstly.And then from the universal macro such as institutional performance, the institutional power under the international view and the special micro based on the conclusion of this empirical investigation,this article attempts to probe the construction way of the self-confidence of young cadres about the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.1 hope to provide reference on the construction of these self-confidence of cadres and masses about the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the current period when our society is diversifying gradually.
