Now with the development of the world in the form of the connection between the countries all over the world more and more close, followed by more and more transnational marriage situation, as a result, there are more and more child support recourse disputes. Including different ideology, also including the different cultural background, there are different legal system, the most main is the law of different countries are different. In the perspective of the international law of different countries in the jurisdiction, applicable law, the recognition and enforcement will there is a big difference. Problem is more serious in the judicial practice in our country, the legal norms in terms of child support recover are much rarer. With the support of transboundary recourse disputes are increasing, our country urgently need to establish perfect cross-border child-support payments recover system. This article introduced our country children support recourse problems and crossover children support recourse system development situation, and then suggest the recourse to maintenance and join the convention of feasibility analysis. At the same time the author from the perspective of judicial assistance is proposed to build the child support recover system in our country.The first part of this article in the form of questions, first of all, starting from the typical cases of our country ruled that leads to discuss the question put forward by our current child support crossover recourse dilemmas. The second part focuses on the foreign child support crossover recover mechanism, in the perspective of judicial assistance in 1956 focused on the New York convention and recover mechanism of the Hague convention on meeting a series of private international law. At the same time, this article introduces the advanced judicial practice of the world’s advanced countries.
